The Challenge
The Warden of the California State Prison at Los Angeles turned to Vector Strategies when faced with the challenge of building a large medical facility inside the prison. This 200-bed mental health hospital was much larger than any project previously attempted.
The Solution
The TOC Critical Chain project management solution and use of the logical tools allowed them to open the hospital within six months. Two other facilities using non-TOC approaches failed to match their results even after twelve months of effort.
